Claudio Migliarino - in arte Calido - nasce a Rovereto nell’Aprile del 1961, ma trascorre la maggior parte della sua vita in un piccolo paesino del Molise, sua terra d’origine di cui vuole essere fiero testimone. La sua è una pittura astratta, dai colori vivi, spesso monocromatici, avvolta in cornici solide, ben evidenti, veri manufatti artigianali, parti integranti delle sue opere pronte ad aggredire gli ambienti espositivi. Chi ha avuto l’occasione di conoscere questo artista molisano, vederlo al lavoro nella sua “bottega”, impegnato a forgiare il legno della sua terra e trasformarlo in tavole su cui posare i colori, non può avere dubbi: le sue sono opere di ingegno, frutto di un pensiero forte che anima un progetto ambizioso. La sua mano lavora con tecnica, con sapienza, competenza, e, al contempo, con sentimento e passione.
